Delivery Schedule
Once your order has been processed and payment cleared your order will be checked, packaged and dispatched.
UK orders normally arrive within 7 working days. Smaller items are usually dispatched with Royal Mail First Class service, larger items are sent with UK Courier.
EU zone orders can take up to 7-14 working days. All parcels are tracked and fully insured.
When the item arrives, if nobody is there to receive the item, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Payment methods
Credit card payments normally clear immediately.
eCheque Payments will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared
from the sender's account, which usually takes seven to nine working days.
Cheques can be sent by prior arrangement, items will be sent when the funds have cleared.
Cash can be paid on items for collection.
Unfortunately we do not ship to countries outside of Europe.
