Delivery Charges
For UK deliveries we have included all delivery charges in the total price published for each product on our website.
It has not been possible to maintain this with deliveries to destinations outside the UK, where higher extra delivery charges apply. When purchasing a product please choose the appropriate Buy Now button according to your destination address.

The price quoted in Euro is calculated on a daily basis, it is important to note that whilst the rate shown is accurate and correct it may not be the EXACT rate as quoted by your credit card company, if in doubt check with them first as the price charged to your credit card will ALWAYS be a conversion from GBP. Delivery Methods
Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail Standard Parcels. International delivery is by Royal Mail International Standard delivery. All parcels are fully insured.

When the item arrives, if nobody is there to receive the item, Royal Mail will leave instructions on how to proceed.

Once your order has been processed and payment cleared we will dispatch the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will arrive within 3 to 5 working days, while international orders generally take 7 days.

eCheque Payments will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared
from the sender's account, which usually takes seven to nine working days.
